Porter/ Grounds Maintenance

We are seeking a dedicated Porter/Grounds Maintenance Person to join our team at a large condominium complex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the pool areas, tennis areas, and grounds. Key responsibilities include cleaning the pool areas, tennis areas, collecting and disposing of trash, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property. Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain pool areas - Clean and maintain tennis areas - Collect and dispose of trash from common areas - Maintain the overall cleanliness of the grounds - Perform routine maintenance tasks as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good communication skills - Reliable and punctual If you are hardworking and take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, we encourage you to apply.
