Maintenance porter for large condominium project. your primary roll will be picking up the grounds, cleaning the pool areas, annual planting of plants and bushes, cleaning the fitness center and ensuring the equipment is working properly, changing lights and A/C filters. Must have reliable transportation. Hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Must be a team player and punctual to work.
