We are currently seeking a highly dedicated and proficient Pool Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance and servicing of residential swimming pools, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and fully operational. This position requires strong mechanical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently across diverse environments.
This is a full-time position, operating on a five-day work week schedule, with flexibility for rescheduling due to weather conditions. Occasional weekend availability may also be required.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing pool surfaces, and performing water tests.
Perform water quality analyses and adjust chemical levels to uphold safe swimming standards.
Accurately document service visits and customer interactions.
Address client inquiries and provide knowledgeable responses regarding pool maintenance.
adhere to safety protocols when handling chemicals and utilizing equipment.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record (essential for operation of company vehicles)
Strong communication skills to relay customer feedback to the office
Ability to manage maintenance for 80+ pools weekly
Capability to work in high-temperature conditions
