We are looking for a highly motivated Maintenance Technician to join our great team. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn new skills and someone who is motivated. We have a great team looking to welcome a team player.
You must be able to effectively handle resident service requests and work orders, correcting situations that transpire with a turnaround time of at least 72 hours. When possible, assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC (a must) appliance repairs and interiors. Ensure all make ready repairs and services are completed. Maintain accurate record keeping regarding preventative maintenance. Respond to on call emergencies.
