Local Apartment management company in Orlando is seeking an Experienced Certified HVAC (Air Conditioning) Technician/Specialist to join our property management maintenance team. The ideal Certified HVAC Technician/Specialist needs to have general knowledge in general handyman services and fulfill work orders for the apartment complexes in relation to HVAC (Air Conditioning). Our properties that we manage include Orlando, FL and Cocoa, FL.
To be considered, applicants must be HVAC Certified, with electrical experience/certification preferred. Must know basic HVAC installation, be able to get supplies necessary, and must know how to perform the following tasks:
- change out/repairs of condensers/handlers
- change out/repairs of compressors, fans, expansion valves, blowers, evaporators
- licensed to purchase refrigerant for HVAC units
- change air filters
- perform coil cleaning
- perform minor welding, if needed
- perform general maintenance of HVAC unit
- duct work general repairs/installation
- has an account with a general supplier to purchase HVAC materials
- other HVAC related duties
Please note that you must have the following:
- Use your own work tools to perform HVAC (and minor electrical) repairs.
- Have your own vehicle for reliable transportation to and from work sites.
