Handyman+to+work+part+time $20/Hr & Mileage/ 30-40+hours

We are a Property Management looking for a Handyman that can help us with minor repairs, we offer 25-40 hours of work per week and pay $20/hour plus $0.15/miles for during working hrs trips and tolls. Must have own tools and a pickup truck or working vehicle to be able to start working asap from 9-5pm Monday-Friday and be able to resolve occasional emergency calls over the weekend.
