This position is located in Downtown Orlando. You need to be able to work 9:00am-5:00pm Monday- Friday.
You need to be willing to work rain or shine during this job, we need reliable candidates!
Responsibilities:
- Keeping hallways, laundry rooms, gym, stairwells and elevators sparkling clean and free of debris.
- Move full carts of recycling from inside the building to recycling container daily.
-Take out the bag liner from full carts and empty it into the recycler (You will have help)
- Remove trash from mail center and replace bags. Keep restrooms tidy.
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for 7 hours a day (THERE WILL BE A LOT OF WALKING)
- Engage in mannerly speaking with residents and fellow staff.
- Monitor and enforce property rules and regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Ability to Lift 40+ pounds (if you need help there will be other staff)
- Previous experience working as custodial.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with diverse groups of people
