We are a medium sized design/build fabrication shop that manufactures overhead cranes. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters
Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings and deductions
Issuing paychecks and managing direct deposits
Maintaining employee records
Coordinating the HR role to ensure correct employee data
Process child support payments
Process related unemployment tax payments
Requirements:
Must be a team player!
Must be proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Must exhibit strong communication skills to be able to communicate with various members of the team
Must be highly organized
Must have a proven ability to handle multiple tasks on a day to day basis
Must be able to tolerate interruptions and distractions throughout the work day
