Seeking to add skilled cooks to our commissary team as our company expands with multiple restaurants opening in the next 12 months. Strong line or prep experience is preferred. Our central kitchen prepares raw and cooked product for direct delivery to our restaurant locations. We process, lamb, beef, and chicken, as well as several vegetable and dairy based dips and sauce. Strong knife skills and previous relevant kitchen experience required. Must be able to lift regularly and stand for the majority of the shift.
