This Little Piggy is searching for a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our team and bring our authentic BBQ to life! We're looking for someone who is a team player, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook our signature BBQ dishes to perfection.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation.
Ensure food quality and consistency according to restaurant standards.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with food prep and other kitchen duties as needed.
What You'll Bring:
Proven cooking experience, especially with meats, grilling, and smoking.
Strong knife skills and familiarity with cooking methods.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30-50 lbs, and bend/twist.
Must be at least 18 years old.
