The role you’ll contribute:
Effectively manages all aspects of projects in conjunction with department leadership. Serves as liaison to enhance understanding which results in better-informed decisions.
Utilizes communication, influence, and presentation skills effectively both internally and externally in explaining and interpreting financial information.
Leads effective teams of professionals and ensures projects are completed on time by assisting staff in the project plan development, implementation, review, and completion. Assists with project plan modifications when needed.
Effectively communicates project status and issues with executive sponsors as needed.
Determine the financial outcomes in support of process and program initiatives.
Analyzes service line profitability, evaluates labor initiatives, and assists with building business models for decision-making.

What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or relevant discipline
Five years’ experience in healthcare finance / accounting, or related field, with specific emphasis on accounting practice, cost accounting, statistical analysis, budgeting, management decision making, reporting, and financial modeling.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or applicable discipline (Preferred)
Ten years of Accounting or Finance experience (Preferred)
Certified Public Accounting (CPA) (Preferred)
