Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.The Special Services Representative receives inbound calls from owners/members to promote and support vacation related products as well as processing maintenance fee payments. Responds to customer questions and complaints to ensure satisfaction. As needed, aids in resolving issues by submitting adjustment requests, refund requests, etc. Must also follow up with customers and/or other departments as necessary.How You’ll Shine:

Provides exceptional customer service to owners/members with general question inquiries; educates callers on the various member benefits programs and responds to correspondence received by mail, e-mail, fax or telephone.

Submits adjustment requests, refund requests etc., to ensure that the problem is resolved.

Follows up with customers and/or other departments as necessary.

Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

Job experience: 1+ years of service/sales experience preferably in a Vacation Planning capacity.

Solid ability to multi-task with strong computer navigation capabilities

Exceptional listener with the skill to effectively communicate.

Able to exercise good judgment in making decisions.

Able to prioritize multiple tasks, convey a sense of urgency and remain detailed oriented in a fast paced environment.

Able to provide outstanding customer service experience while solving problems to meet our Owners' needs.

Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Technical Skills: MS Office and DOS based software.
