Proposal Specialist II

AECOM is looking for a Proposal Specialist to work in collaboration with the East Region business development and operations team on pursuits, including partnering in the preparation of formal and informal client solicitations, including expressions of interest (EOI), requests for qualifications (RFQ), requests for proposals (RFP), and pre-qualification efforts.This will be a remote position that can be based in, but is not limited to: Boston, MA; Rocky Hill, CT; Piscataway, NJ; Conshohocken, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Richmond, VA; Raleigh, NC; Coral Gables, FL; Tampa, FL; Orlando, FL.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Assists with large proposals and able to lead small to medium proposals (cross regions or business lines), and supports from capture through to interview stage, as required.Coordinates content and information for qualifications and proposals, including schedule, templates, compliance, content plan and production. Provides conceptual leadership for document design. May serve as lead writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections for proposals.May facilitate color review (Pink and Red team) reviews, and apply lessons learned to add value to proposals. Manages the implementation of proposal and presentation revisions based on direction from review teams.Participates in go/no-go and greenlight analyses in compliance with delegation of authority guidelines, capture planning and positioning activities as they pertain to preparation for the proposal.Completes internal debriefs for proposals they lead and reviews debriefs and reviews client feedback on proposals to ensure and demonstrate continuous improvement.Has solid working knowledge of company quality procedures and approval processes (legal, contracts, DOA, signatory).Liaises with appropriate/relevant business line team, operations, technical, and business development professionals to support or develop marketing information (including but not limited to case studies/project sheets and capabilities summaries).Provides guidance to entry level proposal team membersPerforms a self-check of work prior to submitting to others for review/approval
