Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionMaintenance Mechanic:
At least 3 years industrial maintenance experience
Perform preventative maintenance checks on corrugating machines
Must have strong mechanical aptitude, and electrical knowledge is required
Understanding of 3 phase motors, hydraulic systems, and schematics
Proficient in reading electrical schematics
Understanding of pneumatics
Work as a troubleshooter and part of a preventive maintenance team
Must know how to use a volt meter
Troubleshooting PLCs, sensors, corrugated box machines, timers, switches, etc.
Troubleshooting and repairing breakers and compressors
Rotary machinery, cylinder machines, mechanical machines, and newer machines that are automated with PLC.
