Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day activities for the production and development contracts within our rapidly growing Advanced Threat Warning Systems (ATWS) program area. As the ATWS program area is projected to bring substantial growth to the S&GS Line of Business, this high visibility role requires the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.What You Will Be Doing-Manage and lead an expanding team of cost control analysts.-Oversee and ensure the preparation of OS&P monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, providing deliverables to FP&A.-Support the development and maintenance of the Long-Range Plan (LRP), 10-year sales outlook, and program area business cases.-Establish and monitor program budgets, track and reconcile costs, manage program funding requirements, conduct cost analysis, and develop variance explanations with recommendations for corrective actions.-Prepare quarterly estimates at complete (EACs) and create quarterly CSR charts for presentation to leadership.-Collaborate with the program team and financial management in monitoring and tracking expenditures, highlighting issues, concerns, and trends, and ensuring program financial commitments are met.-Interact with various ATWS program and financial management personnel, ensuring adherence to company processes and procedures.The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, bridging the gap between development efforts and low-rate initial production for multiple products, including: TacIRST, PDAS, and VBKWhy Join usDo you want to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big, lead with a growth mindset, and make the impossible a reality? The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
