Location: remote, but may involve travelSkills/Duties:Provide production support for several data analytics solutions used every day• Ability to perform as a technical lead in addition to being a contributing developer• Code review of other teams members• Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes for a variety of production and data issuesSnowflake:• Data transformation (ELT)• Write Snowflake SQL including stored procedures and complex queries involving CTEs and temp tables• Help design data models for new data to be ingested• Snowflake SQL performance tuning• Help complete migration of existing SQL Server based Data Vault into Snowflake• Continue to support and work on future enhancements for Snowflake Data Vault• Data ingestion (familiarity with python and kafka connectors is a nice to have but not necessarily required)SQL Server:• Data transformation (ETL)• Write SQL including stored procedures and complex queries involving CTEs and temp tables• SQL performance tuning• Help support existing SQL Server based Data Vault until it is completely migrated to Snowflake• Help support/improve data delivery application that runs daily and uses SSIS/SQL Server database and a Node.JS application to deliver data daily to a key clientSSIS:• Data transformation (ETL)• Create and maintain SSIS packages that use various SSIS features including C# script tasks and that ingest/deliver from several different data sources to several different targets o Sources: SybaseIQ, SQL Server, Snowflake, flat files o Destinations: SQL Server, MySQL Snowflake flat files• Create and maintain SSIS packages for both the SQL Server and Snowflake based versions of the Data Vault• Create and maintain SSIS packages for the data delivery application that uses SSIS/Node.JS and delivers to a client’s MySQL database in the cloud• Performance troubleshooting of SSIS based extracts and packagesSSAS:• Support an existing tabular SSAS cube.• Provide potential requested enhancements to tabular SSAS cube• Performance troubleshooting of tabular SSAS cube
