Job Title: Controls TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our team. This role involves performing preventative maintenance checks on corrugating machines, troubleshooting and repairing various industrial equipment, and working as part of a preventive maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and electrical knowledge, with experience in industrial maintenance.Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance checks on corrugating machines.
Troubleshoot and repair breakers, compressors, rotary machinery, cylinder machines, and automated machines with PLC.
Understand and work with 3 phase motors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatics.
Proficiently read electrical schematics.
Use a volt meter for diagnostic purposes.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation of equipment.
Essential Skills
1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Proficient in reading electrical schematics.
Understanding of 3 phase motors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatics.
Experience using a volt meter.
Electrical knowledge.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
PLC experience is a plus.
