Accounting Assistant

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry, located in Orlando, Florida. The role is for an Accounting Assistant, who will be responsible for property management tasks, including accounting functions and handling lease agreements. This role will also involve the use of accounting software systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.Responsibilities: Submitting and processing property documents efficiently. Editing lease agreements with keen attention to detail. Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for various tasks. Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently. Conducting auditing and bank reconciliations as required. Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of all transactions. Resolving customer inquiries professionally and promptly. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems In-depth knowledge of Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Ability to conduct Auditing tasks Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
