Must have knowledge of landscaping, pool maintenance, electric, plumbing, vendors supervision, project management and general outdoor resort maintenance. Also knowledgeable in basic Microsoft Word & Excel, billing, invoicing and budget control. Hands on position 90% of the time outdoor.
