Required Education Level: Level V. Field of Education: General or technical field

Work Experience: 1 year Preferred

Employment type: Contractor (1099). Pay Grade: starting $16/hour.

Alternative Requirements:

Lower education level with at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer support.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND TASKS

- Handling written orders and other customer inquiries;

- Ensuring timely processing of orders;

- Providing written and verbal customer support;

- Coordinating resolutions for diverse customer issues;

- Monitoring the status of processes related to customer requests;

- Performing administrative tasks;

- Drafting simple correspondence;

- Collaborating with colleagues across departments;

- Maintaining records of customer orders and requests;

- Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Continuous processing of orders;

- Efficient and high-quality customer support;

- Consistent resolution of requests;

- Providing suggestions to improve request handling processes.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALITIES, AND ABILITIES

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English;

- Knowledge of another foreign language (German, French, or Italian) is desired

- Proficient use of computer programs (MS Office and others);

- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms;

- Understanding processes related to request handling.
