We are looking for someone with a great attitude, sales experience, and motivational skills to motivate our people to get out and perform. We are a medical company with reps all over the country. The sales manager will be managing up to 100 reps nationwide on the phone. You will be provided with daily leads to onboard new people. Once onboarded you must motivate them to get out into the field and approach people to get tested for covid while we reward the patient with a 10 dollar gift card for helping us stop the spread. Pay is $52,000 per year base plus commission with potential over 250k per year once you have a full team of 100. Please attach resume with inquiries.
