Job Description:
We are a growing CPA company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/ Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized and able to manage both financial records and general office tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile financial records using accounting software
Process invoices, bills, and payments
Prepare basic financial reports
Assist with payroll entries and benefit tracking
Handle correspondence and organize office files
Support day-to-day administrative operations (email, calendar, filing, phone calls)
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration
Proficiency in Accountant software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and manage time well
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
