Manage inbound calls in a fast paced, high energy environment to support large federal government contract. Assisting customers by researching technical issues, exploring answers and providing information & alternative solutions. Responding to self-service tickets - queues on behalf of our client to provide accurate and appropriate information. Identify, evaluate, & prioritize end-user issues to ensure inquiries are successfully resolved. Utilize troubleshooting techniques to resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Document incident status and solution using historical database tools. Adhere to scheduling - 24/7 Operation. Will perform clerical/administrative duties as assigned. High School Diploma or GED required. One or more years of related experience. Preferred AA/AS or equivalent in related field of study. Previous Troubleshooting software/hardware - previous contact center management database - and ticketing system. Project - 3-9 months with potential 12 month follow up. PUBLIC TRUST BG REQUIRED
