Part-Time Farm Crew (Regenerative Farm | W-2 Position)
We’re a regenerative farm raising cattle, chickens, pigs, and sheep—direct-to-consumer. Our core team is solid, and now we’re bringing on a few more individuals to help fill the gaps.
Schedule:
Two weekdays (7:00am – 4:30pm) — Flexible but prefer Tuesday and Friday
One weekend half-day (6:30am – 10:00am) — Saturday OR Sunday
3 days/week total
Pay: $16–$20/hr depending on experience
This is W-2 employment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Feeding livestock and collecting eggs
Landscaping, weed control, and general cleanup
Pressure washing and basic infrastructure upkeep
Anything else the land and animals demand
You'll be working outdoors, in all weather. It can be hard. It can be hot. It can be muddy. We love it but you may not.
What You Need:
Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
A healthy respect for 1000+ lb animals
No problem getting dirty
Punctual, alert, and ready to work
Bonus if you:
Are 18+ years old
Have any experience or interest in regenerative agriculture
We are located near Poverty Creek and Hwy 393.
