654Limo and Autoworks of Destin are looking for a friendly, self-motivated, team-player who is tech savvy, detail oriented and loves customer service!
This position requires strength in multi-tasking, attention to detail and a strong desire to work with people. It also requires being comfortable with technology, using multiple software programs/platforms simultaneously while communicating with customers and team members.
Duties include but not limited to:
Ensuring high level of customer service.
Responding to lead requests.
Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls.
Booking reservations.
Answering customer calls to assist with quotes, questions, needs, or complaints.
Answering driver calls to assist with their trips.
Calling customers and drivers to confirm their trip details.
Solve problems quickly
Send emails, check voicemails, and learn new software
Tracking driver locations
Dispatching trips to drivers
Qualifications:
Must be able to work Holidays, Weekends, and flexible hours.
Ability to listen and follow directions
Ability to multi-task
Organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Type 45+ words per minute.
Mostly night shifts - Part time
