This position is the oversight for my care. The current schedule that seemed to work for me is 5 PM through 10 PM and 7 AM to 9 AM. On call status between 10 PM and 7 AM, about 90% of the time I don’t need anything at all during the on-call period. I have three other caretakers that work the daytime hours and can fill in for you when you need time off occasionally.
