Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with general accounting tasks as needed
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or AP role
Accounting degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience
Prior experience in government contracting is a plus
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
