We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Influencer Manager to lead and oversee our influencer initiatives across all Westgate Resorts properties. In this role, you’ll manage influencer partnerships, coordinate and execute influencer trips, and collaborate with our teams to create visually stunning and highly shareable moments that inspire guests to capture and share their experiences. Your mission? To ensure every guest feels compelled to take out their phone and showcase their unforgettable Westgate stay.To succeed in this role, you should be deeply social media savvy, with a strong understanding of influencer marketing, viral content, and emerging trends. You have a creative vision that allows you to see beyond the ordinary, imagining unique and engaging experiences that encourage guests and influencers alike to share their moments online. At the same time, you are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple influencer campaigns and FAM trips with efficiency and precision.Strong relationship-building skills are essential, as you’ll be working closely with influencers, content creators, and internal teams to ensure alignment with brand goals. If you have a passion for digital storytelling, experience-driven content, and creating moments that inspire, we want to hear from you!Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage Influencer Partnerships: Oversee the full lifecycle of influencer collaborations, including outreach, contract negotiations, content approvals, and performance tracking to ensure maximum engagement and ROI.Cultivate Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to foster long-term partnerships that align with Westgate’s brand identity and goals.Curate & Execute FAM Trips: Plan and coordinate influencer trips, ensuring influencers experience tailored, high-impact moments that drive organic social media exposure. Accompany influencers on property visits to facilitate content creation and ensure a seamless experience.Enhance On-Property Visual Appeal: Visit Westgate properties to assess and recommend unique, visually striking installations and interactive elements that encourage social sharing. Work closely with design and property teams to implement creative, unconventional experiences—from optical illusions to immersive photo ops—that inspire guest-generated content.Monitor & Adapt to Trends: Identify emerging trends in social media and influencer marketing to keep Westgate at the forefront of visual storytelling. Ensure our properties remain highly shareable destinations that resonate with today’s digital audience.Influencer & PR Support: Provide tactical support for press and influencer trips, including coordinating reservations, tracking inventory, distributing tracking links, and curating VIP guest gifts to enhance their experience.Integrate Influencer Strategy with Social Media: Identify opportunities to incorporate influencers into the broader social strategy, ensuring their content complements ongoing marketing initiatives. Manage influencer-generated content across platforms by engaging with direct messages, comments, tagged posts, and mentions to maintain strong audience connections.Content Management & Performance Analysis: Organize, track, and analyze influencer-generated media, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards. Distribute discount codes and tracking links while providing strategic feedback to optimize content effectiveness. Regularly monitor influencer-driven performance metrics and leverage insights to refine future campaigns. This role will also utilize a hands-on approach by directly posting to major social media profiles and sites to ensure timely, on-brand content execution and engagement.UGC Strategy & Platform Ownership: Own and execute the user-generated content (UGC) strategy across all Westgate Resorts properties. Optimize the Flip.to Photo Advocacy platform for all contests and UGC initiatives, taking complete ownership of its management, content curation, and strategic integration into broader marketing efforts.Drive Innovation & Cross-Team Collaboration: Advocate for new ways to expand and enhance influencer marketing initiatives. Partner with internal teams to maximize the value of influencer-generated assets across multiple marketing channels.Report & Measure Success: Monitor campaign effectiveness and compile detailed analytics reports, tracking influencer-driven KPIs to inform strategy and demonstrate impact.Creative Brand Representation: Serve as both the voice of the brand and a liaison to influencers, ensuring all content is authentic, engaging, and aligned with Westgate’s storytelling vision.Additional Responsibilities: Support other marketing and influencer initiatives as needed to contribute to the team’s overall success.
