Warehouse/Light Manufacturing Position – Citrus Springs
Compensation: $15 - $16 per hour to start

Job Title: Warehouse/Fabricator
Duties:
Operate machinery and tools, including shears, brakes, and saws, to cut, shape, and assemble metal components.
Assemble fabricated parts according to specifications.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
Follow all safety protocols and industry standards.
Pack and ship both in-house manufactured and resale products.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in metal fabrication is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment & Schedule:
10,000+ sq. ft. climate-controlled facility, no working in extreme heat or cold.
Full-time schedule: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
No weekends are required.
