Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic construction company team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Representing our Company On-Site & overseeing the project and ensuring Quality control of the job. Bi Lingual is Highly a Plus (English & Spanish). This is a 1099 Position
Duties
-Hours M-F 7:30am-4:30pm
-Bilingual is a plus (English & Spanish)
-This position is for 1 Job site from start to completion
-Overseeing aproximatly 8 Sub Contractors on the Job Site
- Point of Contact for Our Company on the Site
-Ensuring all PPE Saftey Equipment is being worn on the Job Site
-Daily logs Completed with Photos
-Interact with the Design team of the project
-On Site Meetings with Site Superintendents
-Direct Contact with the owner of the company Daily
-Ensure all supplies are onsite and not damaged
-Take and Input photos & progress daily into ProCore Software
-Assigned an Ipad for Use
-Office Trailer is provided
-Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
