Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role involves driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
This position necessitates extensive driving; therefore, candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable, insured vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify and prospect new clients within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Present and demonstrate our painting services to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Collaborate with the project manager to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Outside Sales Account Manager or similar role, preferably in painting/construction
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in CRM software.
Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
