For our rental property in Crystal River we are looking for an additional person to join our team. We are looking for someone who has some knowledge in general handyman skills, can help with cleaning/straightening up inside and outside, can mow the lawn, blow leaves and do some yard maintanance as well as help to keep the pool clean as we have a service. Occasionally checking in guests would be another task.
We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible, and reliable person who is also able to work hand in hand with our other caretaker that mainly focuses on cleaning and inside of the house.
This job is a part time job (about 10 hours per week) that requires some flexibility as most jobs in hospitality do (work on some Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays depending on bookings, no early or late shifts).
English required; You must be substance free for at least 4 years. This is a no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs environment. You should be a US citizen or have a green card.
