The Operations Manager position we are hiring for is located mainly in the Villages area but will also travel outside of the area. Requirements-
- Must have experience in the janitorial industry, (Preferred Managment Experience).
- Must be able to pass a FDLE Background Check.
- Must have valid driver license.
- Must have flexible schedule to work nights or weekends if needed.
- Must be knowledgeable about computers and Microsoft excel.
Job Duties/ Description-
- Responsible for staffing, hiring and termination of cleaning techs.
- Quality control inspections.
- Customer communication.
- Responding to complaints & Correcting complaints.
- Computer skills, keeping track of payroll notes.
-Able to clean when needed.
