Landscape maintenance supervisor $25 per hr

We are a well-established lawn and landscape company located in the Ocala area. We have been in business for over 20 years and have established a reputation for quality and reliability. We are the highest paying company in the area and are only interested in long-term employees to help further our growth. Starting pay is $25 per hour plus OT for well qualified individuals. We do not offer any medical benefits. All pay is on the books as a W-2 employee. The work schedule typically ranges between 8 and 10 hours per day five days a week. To qualify you must have management experience as a crew leader in the field. You must have a valid Florida drivers license and the ability to drive a truck and trailer. You must be able to pass random drug analysis. You must be in good physical condition and able to withstand the Florida heat. You must keep a presentable appearance and you must live within 30 miles of the Ocala area.
