Hangar and shop maintainer and some construction

Looking for a loyal and honest Man, must me over the age 21 years old. You would need to possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and have a clean background, no convictions of any kind, No Cigarette or vape smoking. no texting at work. A background check and drug screening will be performed. If you are OCD and/or super neat and organized, this is the job for you. I am a retired contractor (still building for a certain client) and currently an avid pilot, boater and I like to travel as well. I have a lot of vehicles, a plane and boat I keep hangered. I also have a shop at my residence, I still do small projects here and there and need someone with common sense, I will teach and mentor you to the best of my ability depending on if you want to learn. I am looking for some to take care of all my personal belongings/equipment, shop, tools etc. IE, construction with me, wash my car/trucks, detail, if necessary, learn to get the plane ready for flight, fuel the plane, (in time) run errands, keep hangar floors cleaned, shop floors cleaned, bug spray, weed spray, pressure wash buildings and structures, equipment etc. It would be a huge help if you knew a little bit about mechanical issues and were mechanically inclined and a tiny bit about construction as well. This can be a part-time or full-time position. Please be a younger person and have a desire to learn, ask questions and have some Common Sense in the tasks I have described, Lots of perks, plus you'll you get to go flying once and a while in a turbo prop plane.
