Zion United Methodist Church is a small local church located in Ocala, Florida. We are hiring a part-time experienced, reliable maintenance worker who will be responsible for interior and exterior repair, maintenance and upgrade projects in the church.
General Job Duties:
Maintenance of buildings, performing routine maintenance on common breakdowns; ensuring equipment is in working condition; cleaning, landscaping, plumbing, repairing wall damage and broken windows; painting, light bulb replacement, repair assessments, providing repair guidance, moving furniture, reporting findings as well as completion of repair tasks for trustees.
May provide own tools and able to work four (4) hours per week. Candidate must have strong general repair skills, have a keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and be well organized.
