Handy Man-Laborer-Jack of all Trades

Looking for a loyal and honest real man that has COMMON SENSE, a valid driver's license, with reliable transportation, a clean background and drug free. "Si hablas español" (we perform, random drug testing and a background check) You'll need a strong back, must be organized at your tasks. You will help me with various tasks/chores, If I see and feel your committed, I'll keep you busy 40 hrs a week. Some tasks are but not limited too, working at my home and properties and at the airplane hangar (Dunnellon Airport), maintaining whatever needs to be done. Keeping the property, tools, vehicles, equipment, organized, washed and detailed. You will use a walk behind floor scrubber, floor buffer/polisher, warehouse forklift, at both, my newly built hangar and at my home Shop. Help with minor painting, caulking, helping install tile, carpentry, mix concrete, know how to use power tools etc. I have a nice high project on the Rainbow River.
