I'm a 49yo guy in Ocala who has cerebral palsy. I can't walk or speak. My current part time caregiver is starting another job February 15th, and they don't know if they're still able to do the job then. So, we are looking for part time help in case if they can't. We also prefer them to be LGBTQIA+ friendly, because I’m involved in the LGBTQIA+ community. The job requires some heavy lifting. They are required to pass a Level 2 background screening. The job also requires the person to do everything like feeding, dressing, bathroom, etc. We need someone from 10am to 4pm to get me up, shower me, feed me lunch, and go do errands if needed, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. My primary caregiver will do dinner and nights. We’ll discuss it in more detail later in person, like the pay.
The person DOES NOT REQUIRE being a CNA or something, but it would be nice if they were. We would like to have someone who lives within 30 minutes of Downtown (NE) Ocala.
