Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in Oakland Park, Florida. This role is in the real estate industry and will be based in our office. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing property operations, interacting with residents, and managing financial matters.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations of the property, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Serve as the first point of contact for residents, addressing their inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Utilize accounting software systems to manage and track property finances, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Implement CRM tools to enhance customer relationships and improve communication. Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records, processing applications, and organizing files. Use JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Kardin for efficient property management. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions to ensure compliance with payment terms and conditions. Conduct regular reviews of the property's budget processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial stability. Assist in the management of billing functions to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing and other related tasks. Requirements Proven experience in a Property Administrator role or similar Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services Knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Familiarity with Kardin software Strong understanding of Accounting Functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience handling Billing Functions effectively Familiarity with budget processes in a property management context Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively Relevant certification or degree in Finance, Accounting, or Property Management is a plus.
