Bilingual Dispatcher

Description We are seeking a diligent Dispatcher to join our client's team in the construction industry, based in Naples, Florida. This role will primarily involve managing job orders, maintaining constant communication with staff, customers, and trucks, and performing administrative duties. Responsibilities: Efficiently take orders and manage job specifics or changes Maintain a steady stream of communication daily with assigned trucks, other staff, and customers via phone, text, or email Regularly use and implement Dispatch Program Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their deliveries, including delays or any issues that occur Perform administrative duties such as paperwork for drivers and providing information to the billing department as needed Multitask effectively by taking phone calls and using electronic devices and dispatch programs Exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills in both English and Spanish.Requirements Proven experience in a Dispatcher role within the Construction/Contractor industry Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook Ability to effectively answer and manage incoming calls Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer-first mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
