Description We are on the lookout for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team based in Miramar, Florida. This role provides an engaging opportunity for individuals skilled in HR practices and processes. The HR Manager will handle both strategic and day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and some recruitment duties. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day HR operations including payroll and benefits administration Manage employee relations and provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation Act as a point of contact for HR inquiries and provide necessary guidance Assist in recruitment processes as needed and ensure that hiring procedures are in line with regulations Implement changes in benefits programs and educate the employees about them Ensure compliance with all HR and related legal requirements Process terminations in compliance with legal and company guidelines Update 401K and other retirement plans information for employees Handle basic general HR tasks as needed Utilize HR systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and HCM to perform various HR functions. Requirements Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in a managerial role. Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. Sound knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode. Familiarity with Ceridian and HCM software. Ability to oversee and manage benefit functions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong understanding of compliance regulations and employment laws. Ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues with tact and discretion. Experience in developing and implementing hiring processes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
