Description Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm located in Miami Lakes, specializing in commercial real estate transactions. Law firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to manage real estate transactions from inception to closing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reviewing, clearing, and issuing title and will thrive in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and managing documentation from initial contract to closing.
Review and analyze title commitments and related documents to ensure marketable title.
Identify and resolve title issues and communicate effectively with title companies, lenders, and clients.
Prepare and manage closing checklists, coordinate closing schedules, and assist with post-closing follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and provide regular status updates to attorneys and clients.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: Up to $92,000, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Full benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.
Work Environment: Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with a supportive and relaxed office atmosphere.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a real estate paralegal.
Proficiency in title review, clearance, and issuance.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft Office and real estate transaction management tools.
