Key Responsibilities:
Safely and lawfully repossess vehicles assigned by our clients.
Use state-of-the-art technology to locate and secure vehicles.
Ensure all operations comply with state laws and company policies.
Document and report each recovery operation accurately.
Interact professionally while maintaining the high ethical standards of AAA Asset Recovery.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a tow truck operator or similar role and be have a E or EE license; experience in repossession is a must.
Ability to work flexible hours, including availability for daytime or nighttime shifts, and weekends to accommodate job needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must pass a background check (no felony convictions).
Familiarity with GPS devices and automotive lockout tools.
