We're a luxury custom home builder in Miami looking for:
SKILLED FINISH CARPENTER
Pay Range - $35 - $50 / hr (depending on experience)
Window Install, Finish Carpentry, Door install, window casing, baseboard, crown, wainscoting, coffered ceilings, rough framing, etc.
- 3+ years hands-on experience (preferably more)
- Own tools for the trade and dependable vehicle
- Based in Miami or Broward
- English speaking a big plus
- Advancement opportunity available for right candidate
- Raise after 30 days of skilled performance
Experience with high level finish work
Will be experienced, have problem solving skills, and a hard worker
Have extensive experience properly hanging doors and installing door hardware
Expertly installs baseboard, crown molding, and other moldings
Fits and installs windows to code
Ability to read and understand technical diagrams, plans and blueprints
Able to work at an appropriate pace without sacrificing quality
JOURNEYMAN
Pay Range - $20-30 / hr
- Someone interested in advancing carpentry skills
- Hard worker but also a quick learner
- Full Time pay requires Full Time effort
- You will learn trade skills from a veteran
- Raise after 30 days of hard charge performance
