Seeking skilled Floor Technicians to join our janitorial team. The Floor Technicians will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors within our facilities located in the Miami, Broward and Palm Beach areas. Perform daily floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and buffing floors.
Candidates need proven experience as a Floor Technician or in a similar role within the janitorial industry.
Knowledge of floor care techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
Ability to meet physical requirements, including being on feet for the entire shift and lifting to 10 lbs.
Knowledge operating floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbing machines, and vacuums.
Must have a Valid Drivers License
Must Pass a Background Check
Schedule is
10 pm to 2am
Monday to Saturday
