We are a busy architectural millwork shop in Coconut Creek seeking a skilled Cabinet Builder to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on woodworking experience who takes pride in building high-quality custom pieces.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and assemble custom cabinetry, casework, and millwork components
2. Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
3. Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and accurately
4. Ensure precision in measurements, cuts, and joinery
5. Collaborate with shop foreman and team to meet project deadlines
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of cabinetmaking/millwork shop experience preferred
2. Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and assembly techniques
3. Ability to read drawings and produce accurate work with minimal supervision
4. Experience with high-end finishes and detailed craftsmanship a plus
5. Reliable, punctual, and quality-driven
