Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Assistant. This role is pivotal in supporting our interview process. Most of our developers are junior or newbie ones, an we're failing in seeking new opportunities in a job marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong communication, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the interview process for our developers
- Provide technical support within the team, troubleshooting minor technical issues and escalating more complex problems to senior staff.
- Assist in monitoring project progress, updating schedules, and ensuring deadlines are met.
