The Opportunity:
We’re expanding and need a Sales & Marketing Professional to lead the charge! You’ll build and manage a team of Inside and Outside Sales reps, prospect for new clients, and keep our sales funnel full of opportunities. If you have a book of business, that’s a huge plus. And if you’re experienced with AI-driven marketing strategies, you’ll help us tap into new ways to grow and engage with clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage a top-performing sales team
- Prospect for new clients and grow existing relationships
- Keep the sales funnel full and thriving
- Provide competitive quotes and follow up on shipment rates
- Master our ZOHO CRM for seamless client management
- Leverage AI marketing tools to expand our reach and efficiency
- Handle daily office duties with accuracy and precision
What You Should Bring to the Table:
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Excellent computer and organizational skills
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Stellar communication—written, verbal, and phone skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of AI marketing tools (a big plus!)
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (a plus but not required)
- Extra bonus points for bringing an existing book of business!
