Phone sales reps:
Experience in Granot software/ Moving sales experience preferred.

Able to consistently make calls throughout the day
Customer Service
Must be able to work in fast paced environment where your job description will include the following
Fluent in English
Answering inbound customer related calls. Also Outbound confirmation and ETA calls
Must be patient and able to solve issues and deal with any conflict that may arise
Be a team player and a positive communicator
Must be organized and detail oriented
Experience in Granot software is a plus
This is a Part time position requiring some on call hours as well. Ability to work later evening remote shifts ( 6 pm-10 pm) is needed as well.
