We are a Facility Services company in a 70 Billion Dollar industry offering Cleaning, handyman, Facility Maintenance, Porters, Remodeling, Groundskeeping and Supplies to commercial and some residential clients. You would be responsible for driving up sales by bringing in new B2B clients.
Applicant Requirements:
Must be over 21 years of age and legally able to work in U.S. We use E-Verify
Must have a valid and clean driver's license and background.
Must be personable, presentable, have good communication skills in English and Spanish.
Must be self-motivated, driven, persistent, and professional.
Must have some experience in sales.
Must know how to use Excel for sales and quote spreadsheets.
Must know how to function/work with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Job Requirements:
Develop and follow leads leading to productive meeting, quote and sales.
Learn our company's services quickly to effectively speak about them.
Contact prospects in markets who would benefit from our affordable and quality services.
Prepare quotes from company's samples to present to prospective clients.
Manage the sales cycle and forward the company's position as a premier service provider.
Will be responsible to represent company at business organizations, chamber events and trade shows.
Will be expected to attend business networking events for breakfast, lunch and after hours events.
Some limited overnight travel within Florida may be required.

Compensation:
Salary is based on current market condition and survey and applicants skills, previous track record and documented salary history.
